Thank you for shopping with Generations Collective. We are a small, family-run business brought together by a shared vision, and we appreciate every order entrusted to us. Please review the information below to understand how processing, shipping, and delivery are handled.

Order Processing
• Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
• Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods.
• Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any applicable timeline will be noted on the product page or communicated with you.
• Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and is not included in estimated delivery dates.

Shipping Rates
Economy shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order:

• Up to 1 lb: $4.00
• Over 1 lb and up to 5 lbs: $9.00
• Over 5 lbs: $14.00

Your available shipping option and final shipping charge will appear at checkout.

Estimated Transit Time
Economy shipping generally arrives within 5 to 8 business days after the order has shipped.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and peak shipping periods may affect delivery.

We use different shipping carriers depending on the order and destination. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for select custom and made-to-order items. If your order qualifies, the local pickup option will appear at checkout.

Please wait until you receive a pickup-ready email before arriving. Pickup instructions will be included in that notification.

Delivery Issues
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has begun.

If your tracking information shows a delay, missing package, or delivery you cannot locate:

• Check around the delivery location and with other members of your household.
• Review the tracking details for delivery notes or updated information.
• Contact the shipping carrier to begin a delivery investigation.
• Email us with your order number and tracking information so we can help review the situation.

We will assist when reasonably possible. Replacements and refunds are reviewed individually based on the circumstances, available carrier information, and applicable requirements. They are not automatically guaranteed when tracking shows successful delivery.
