Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Generations Collective. If something is not quite right, please review the information below so we can help make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins on the date the carrier marks your order as delivered.

Once approved, the return must be shipped back within 7 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included. Clear garment packaging with the SKU label must also be returned when applicable.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, was defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined or subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will notify you before applying any restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing the information, we will contact you with the next steps.

These concerns are handled separately from standard returns. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for standard return or exchange:

• Beauty products
• Bodysuits
• Face masks
• Intimates and lingerie
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Snacks, treats, and other consumable items
• Hygiene and personal-care products, including soaps and lotions
• Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Items marked clearance or final sale
• Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items

If one of these items arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue.

How to Start a Return
Email hello@generationscollective.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you would like to return
• The reason for the return

Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved standard returns will receive an exchange or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for standard returns.

Additional Information
Generations Collective reserves the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, washing, use, damage, or alteration, or that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
