GC Brand Rep Program Terms and Conditions

Effective September 6, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the GC Brand Rep Program. “GC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Generations Collective. “Brand Rep,” “you,” and “your” refer to anyone who registers for or participates in the Program.

By submitting your registration or continuing to participate, you agree to these Terms.

1. Joining the Program

The GC Brand Rep Program is free to join. There are no required purchases, sales quotas, or monthly sales minimums.

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and provide complete and accurate registration information.

Submitting your information does not guarantee acceptance. Generations Collective may approve or decline a registration at its discretion.

Approved Brand Reps receive access to a personal dashboard, referral link, Brand Rep code, and available sharing materials.

2. Brand Rep Relationship

Brand Reps participate independently and are not employees, agents, franchisees, legal representatives, or authorized spokespersons of Generations Collective.

You decide whether, when, and how often you share GC, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You may not enter into agreements, make promises, collect payments, approve refunds, or accept obligations on behalf of Generations Collective.

You are responsible for your own expenses, equipment, taxes, and legal obligations related to your Brand Rep activity. Generations Collective may request tax information and issue required tax forms.

3. Direct Commission

Approved Brand Reps earn 25% commission on qualifying purchases properly credited through their personal GC Brand Rep link or code.

Commission is calculated from the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts. Shipping, taxes, gift cards, canceled items, refunded items, and other nonqualifying charges are excluded.

Commission is not earned on fraudulent, unpaid, canceled, returned, refunded, reversed, or otherwise ineligible transactions.

4. First-Level Commission

An approved Brand Rep may earn 3% commission on qualifying sales made by a Brand Rep they personally introduced to the Program.

The new Brand Rep must register through the referring Brand Rep’s tracked recruitment link, be approved by Generations Collective, and remain in good standing.

This commission applies to one recruitment level only. No commission is paid simply for recruiting or enrolling someone. The 3% commission is earned only from qualifying sales made by the personally introduced Brand Rep.

5. Referral Tracking

Generations Collective uses GoAffPro and Shopify to track referral links, codes, orders, and commissions.

A purchase must be properly credited through an approved Brand Rep link, Brand Rep code, or another tracking method recognized by Generations Collective.

The current referral tracking window is three hours. Tracking resets after a purchase is completed. When a customer uses more than one Brand Rep’s link, the last qualifying referral recognized by the tracking system receives credit.

Tracking may be affected by deleted cookies, browser or privacy settings, device changes, incorrect links, customer actions, or technical problems. Commission cannot be guaranteed when a referral cannot be reasonably verified through program and order records.

Generations Collective’s tracking and order records will be used to resolve commission-credit questions.

6. Brand Rep Customer Code

A Brand Rep code gives eligible new GC customers 5% off their first qualifying purchase and credits the qualifying order to the Brand Rep.

The discount is limited to customers who have not previously purchased from Generations Collective and may be used once per customer.

Brand Rep codes may not be posted on unauthorized coupon, discount, rebate, cashback, or deal websites. Brand Reps may not alter the discount, create unauthorized codes, promise additional savings, or claim that the code can be combined with another offer when it cannot.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, specials, promotional offers, and discount codes cannot be combined.

Brand Rep commission is not considered a discount. This rule does not prevent commission from being earned on an otherwise qualifying order. Commission is calculated after the permitted special, promotional offer, or discount has been applied.

Generations Collective may change, suspend, or discontinue customer codes and promotions.

7. Self-Purchases

Brand Reps may earn direct commission on their own qualifying purchases when the purchase is properly made through their personal referral link.

A Brand Rep’s customer discount code cannot be combined with self-purchase commission.

Creating duplicate accounts, misrepresenting customer identity, or manipulating tracking to receive both benefits may result in commission reversal, account suspension, or account cancellation.

8. Commission Holds and Payouts

Commissions remain pending for two days after an order is placed.

Eligible commissions are processed weekly through ACH or PayPal. A minimum available commission balance of $10 is required for payout. Balances below $10 carry forward until the minimum is reached.

Brand Reps are responsible for keeping their payout information complete and accurate. Generations Collective is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, expired, or inaccessible payment information.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, and order adjustments reverse or reduce the related commission. If the commission has already been paid, the amount may be deducted from future commission earnings or must be repaid to Generations Collective when requested.

Generations Collective may delay a payout while reviewing suspected errors, fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, or unusual account activity.

9. Honest Recommendations

Brand Reps should share what they genuinely love about GC through honest, natural recommendations.

All statements about GC products, prices, discounts, availability, shipping, returns, and promotions must be truthful and current.

Brand Reps may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims. You may not claim to have used or personally experienced a product when you have not.

Health, medical, therapeutic, or safety claims may not be made unless Generations Collective has provided approved wording for that claim.

10. Required Commission Disclosure

Brand Reps must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Generations Collective whenever recommending, reviewing, linking to, or promoting GC.

The disclosure must be easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed with the recommendation. It should not be hidden at the bottom of a post, only included on a profile page, or buried among hashtags.

Acceptable disclosures include:

• I’m a GC Brand Rep and may earn commission from purchases made through my link.
• I may earn commission when you shop through my GC link.
• #ad or #affiliate when prominently placed and clearly connected to the recommendation.

For videos or live content, the disclosure must be presented where viewers can see or hear it. Disclosures should be repeated during live content when reasonably necessary.

Platform disclosure tools may be used, but they do not replace the Brand Rep’s responsibility to make the relationship clear.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Brand Reps may not:

• Send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or repeated unwanted solicitations.
• Use misleading, deceptive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Make false product, income, savings, shipping, or promotional claims.
• Present themselves as a GC employee, owner, customer-service representative, or authorized spokesperson.
• Create accounts, groups, websites, domains, or usernames that falsely appear to be officially operated by Generations Collective.
• Use GC names, trademarks, or misspellings in paid-search advertising without written permission.
• Post Brand Rep codes on unauthorized coupon, cashback, rebate, discount, or deal websites.
• Use bots, fake traffic, hidden links, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, or other tracking manipulation.
• Create false orders, duplicate identities, or transactions intended primarily to generate commission.
• Offer unauthorized cash, rebates, gifts, or incentives for using a Brand Rep link or code.
• Use another person’s images, writing, music, trademarks, or other content without permission.
• Promote GC in a way that could reasonably mislead customers, violate another platform’s rules, or harm Generations Collective or its customers.

12. GC Images and Materials

Generations Collective may provide product images, graphics, descriptions, logos, links, and other materials for approved Brand Rep use.

Active Brand Reps may use these materials only to promote Generations Collective through the Program.

Materials may be resized or accompanied by the Brand Rep’s own commentary, but they may not be materially altered in a way that misrepresents GC, its products, prices, promotions, or policies.

Permission to use GC materials ends when the Brand Rep account is canceled or when Generations Collective requests their removal.

13. Customer Orders

Customers referred by Brand Reps remain customers of Generations Collective.

Generations Collective controls product pricing, availability, payment processing, order acceptance, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, cancellations, returns, exchanges, credits, and refunds.

Brand Reps may help customers locate information but may not collect payments, approve refunds, promise delivery dates, change GC policies, or make commitments on behalf of Generations Collective.

14. Account Review, Suspension, and Cancellation

Generations Collective may review Brand Rep accounts, links, referral sources, public promotional content, transactions, and commission activity to confirm compliance with these Terms.

A Brand Rep account may be reviewed for inactivity after six months without recorded sales, promotional activity, or communication with Generations Collective.

Generations Collective may decline, suspend, or cancel a Brand Rep account for any lawful reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms.
• False or incomplete account information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Misleading claims or missing commission disclosures.
• Spam, harassment, or unauthorized advertising.
• Coupon, referral, or tracking abuse.
• Conduct that harms or could reasonably harm customers, other Brand Reps, or Generations Collective.
• Failure to provide accurate tax or payout information.
• Extended inactivity.
• Changes to or discontinuation of the Program.

A Brand Rep may leave the Program at any time by contacting Generations Collective.

When participation ends, the former Brand Rep must stop representing themselves as a GC Brand Rep and stop using GC referral links, codes, private information, and Brand Rep materials.

Valid unpaid commission earned before cancellation may be paid after returns, adjustments and account review. Commission related to fraud, abuse, policy violations, canceled orders, refunds, returns, or other ineligible activity may be withheld or reversed.

15. Program Changes

Generations Collective may change commission rates, customer discounts, payout procedures, tracking rules, qualifying products, eligibility requirements, Program features, or these Terms.

Brand Reps will receive reasonable notice of material changes through email, the Brand Rep dashboard, an updated Program page, or another appropriate communication method.

Continuing to participate after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop participating if you do not agree with a change.

16. No Earnings Guarantee

Participation does not guarantee sales, commissions, referrals, or any particular amount of income.

Earnings depend on qualifying purchases that are properly tracked and remain eligible after applicable adjustments.

17. Privacy

Information collected through the Program may be used to review registrations, operate Brand Rep accounts, track referrals, calculate commissions, process payouts, prevent fraud, communicate Program information, and comply with legal requirements.

Program information may be processed by service providers used to operate Generations Collective and the Brand Rep Program, including Shopify, GoAffPro, ACH payment providers, and PayPal when applicable.

18. General Terms

Brand Rep accounts and unpaid commissions may not be transferred or assigned to another person without written permission from Generations Collective.

If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

If Generations Collective does not enforce a provision on one occasion, that does not prevent it from enforcing the provision later.

These Terms and the current GC Brand Rep Commission Schedule form the agreement governing participation in the Program.
