Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.
- During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend.
- Custom, personalized, and made to order items may require additional processing time before shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and is not included in delivery estimates.
Shipping Rates & Transit Time
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Economy Shipping:
Economy shipping has an estimated transit time of 5 to 8 business days after the order has shipped.
- Orders 0 to 1 lb. | $4.00
- Orders 1.1 to 5 lb. | $9.00
- Orders 5.1 lb. and up | $14.00
Shipping transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, service disruptions, or peak shipping periods.
We ship using various carriers depending on order type and destination. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for select custom and made to order items.
If eligible, the local pickup option will appear at checkout. Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready for pickup.
Carrier Responsibility and Delivery Issues
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery rests with the carrier.
Generations Collective Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier.
If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
We are happy to assist with carrier information when needed, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
