Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Generations Collective Boutique. If something is not quite right, please review the information below so we can help as smoothly as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return approval in order to qualify.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition, with original tags attached and original packaging intact, including clear garment packaging with the SKU label.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee or declined entirely.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@generationscollective.com.

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can review it and assist you promptly.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Beauty products
• Bodysuits
• Face masks
• Intimates and lingerie
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Snacks, treats, and consumable items
• Hygiene and personal care products, including soaps and lotions
• Worn, washed, or used items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Custom or personalized orders

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email hello@generationscollective.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided. Once the item is received and inspected, a store credit or exchange will be issued. Cash refunds are not offered.

Additional Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
