When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or busy seasons, processing times may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Current shipping information can be found on our Shipping Policy page. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and approved before items are sent back. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Approved returns receive store credit or exchange only. Cash refunds are not offered. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

What items are final sale?

Final sale items include clearance or sale items, beauty products, bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, consumables, hygiene and personal care products, worn or washed items, and all custom or personalized orders.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@generationscollective.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review and assist you quickly.

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend reviewing our Size Guide and product descriptions for fit details. If you are between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering and we will be happy to help.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly and may not be able to be changed or canceled once placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
